    Arabic Prepositions حروف الجر : Educational Children’s TV Programmes

    Introduction

    The following two short videos will help you to review the key words related to positions. (e.g. above, under, around, etc…) and adjectives (near and far)

    Video 1

    Key Vocabulary:

    حول (hawla) : around.
    فوقَ (fawqa) : above/on top off.
    تحت (tahta) : under.
    خلالَ (khilala) : through.  

    Adjectives:

    قريب (qareeb) : near
    بَعِيد (ba’eed) : far.  

     

    Video 2

    Key Vocabulary:

    1. الى (ala) : at, over, on.
    2. في (fi) : in
    3. تحت (taht) : under
    4. زورق (zouraq): boat
    5. سمكة (samaka): fish.
